Q: I ordered a membership/product but have not received an invoice, where can I request my invoice?

A: Please check your spam folder or alternatively log into the SARIMA website with your account details (https://www.sarima.co.za/my-account/), you will be able to access all the required information in the login portal under the orders tab.

Q: I want to change my order that I placed online but I’m not sure how to do this.

A: First log into the SARIMA website with your account details here: https://www.sarima.co.za/my-account/, you can then either click on the cart icon at the top of the website and change your order details or click on the orders tab in the login portal and view/change your order details.

Q: I want to be added to the SARIMA mailing list, how do I go about this?

A: You can contact sarima@sarima.co.za or armand@sarima.co.za via email to be added to the mailing list.

Q: I want to sign up for membership but I’m not sure how to go about it. 

A: We made it easy to sign up/renew membership. All you have to do is head to https://www.sarima.co.za/membership-fees/, pick the option most suitable and complete the information requested by the system. Please make sure that you checkout in order to complete your order.

Q: Where can I view the upcoming SARIMA events?

A: You can view all the upcoming events here: https://www.sarima.co.za/events/.

Q: I have forgotten my password, where can I reset my password?

A: Visit https://www.sarima.co.za/my-account/ and click on the ‘Lost your password’ link, follow the steps and a reset link will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the email please check the spam/junk folder.
